Who we are

This website is run by Ghaurix Labs, a software studio founded by Saad Ghauri. If you have a question about your data, email saad@ghaurixlabs.net.

What we collect

We only collect information you choose to give us.

• Project inquiry form: your name, email address, company (optional), the type of project, budget range, timeline and the description you write.
• Email: whatever you include if you write to us directly.
• Booking a call: if you use our Calendly link, Calendly collects the details you enter there, under its own privacy policy.

We do not use advertising trackers, and this site does not currently set analytics or marketing cookies.

How we use it

We use your details to reply to your inquiry, to discuss and scope a project with you, and to keep a record of our correspondence. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.

How the inquiry form works

When you submit the form, your message is sent to us as an email through an email delivery service (Resend). The site does not keep your submission in its own database. A copy remains in our email inbox.

What is stored on your device

If you use the light and dark theme switch, your choice is saved in your browser so the site remembers it. This is a preference stored on your own device, not a tracking cookie.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry emails for as long as we need them to respond to you and to keep a reasonable record of business correspondence. If a project goes ahead, project documents are kept for the duration of the work and as agreed with you afterwards. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under local data protection law. Email saad@ghaurixlabs.net and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Confidentiality

If your project is sensitive, tell us. We can sign a non-disclosure agreement before you share details.

Changes to this notice

If we change how the site handles information, for example by adding analytics, we will update this page and the date above.
